You have the legal right to trade in that name.

You will make your own separate enquiry, and satisfy yourself with regard to any Trade Mark, Copyright, or Legal Restrictions being held over the name/s being processed on your behalf.

In the event of a Trade Mark, Copyright, or Legal Dispute over a name processed on your behalf, you hereby indemnify and hold harmless Domain Names Head Office from any suit or claims arising from them acting on your behalf, and you will limit any compensation sought from Domain Names Head Office to the sum of US$35 being the cost of registering a new Domain Name.

That Domain Names Head Office acts for you as an agent, and that you are solely responsible for any Federal, State, or Local taxes that may be applicable to the Registration, Buying, Selling, or Listing of a domain name on your behalf, and that you shall remain solely responsible for any obligations, liabilities or claims that arise from said Registration, Buying, Selling, or Listing.

Domain Names Head Office reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice, and to reject any application for the Registration, Buying, Selling, or Listing of a Domain Name at anytime, without reason.

Access to (or use of material displayed upon) this site will be deemed as full acceptance of Domain Names Head Office's Procedures and Policies.

It shall be the sole responsibility of any Legal Copyright or Trade Mark Owner to notify Domain Names Head Office of any dispute over "www.DomainNamesHeadOffice.com" site content, and to provide proof of legal ownership within 30 days of said claim.  Upon said proof being presented, Domain Names Head Office will remove claimed offending material within 14 days without prejudice.
